(*1982) works as an acrobat, dancer and choreographer
Florian Patschovsky starts as an autodidact and works early in various Nouveau-Cirque groups, e.g. with the Cologne Association Atemzug e.V. he takes part in several productions and he works with the Aerial Dance Ensemble Angels
He is trained at the Ecole Supérieure des Arts du Cirque in Brussels with a focus on partner acrobatics. There he works together with Tim Behren and they found their Company Overhead.
Since then Florian works at the interface of partner acrobatics, and contemporary dance and becomes a permanent member of the company HeadFeedHands immediately after the education.
Invitations with the company HeadFeedHands take place, e.g. to the Melting Pott Festival Strasbourg (F), Ruhr Festival Recklinghausen Fringe, Tanzkonkret Festival Cologne, Tollhaus Karlsruhe, Burghof Lörrach. Nomination Stuttgart Theater Prize, JTC Europe Paris as well as several price nominations and awards.
He also dances for other choreographers such as DOSSIER 3-D-Poetry / Marion Dieterle and MOUVOIR / Stephanie Thiersch.
After the short piece Eh La, the first full-length production of Overhead Project is created in 2014 in collaboration with the Israeli choreographer Reut Shemesh. 2015 follows the the production “Carnival of the body”, in own duo choreography.
